Ingredients

  • 1 gallon Black Beans (soaked)
  • 3 large bunches cilantro
  • ½ cups garlic
  • 3 cups Fresh Tomato Salsa
  • ½ cups Fresh Jalapeno chilies – sliced
  • Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Puree beans in food processor; process cilantro & garlic – add to beans. Add salsa, chilies, lime juice, salt and pepper. May serve warm or cold.
