Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 1 gallon Black Beans (soaked)
- 3 large bunches cilantro
- ½ cups garlic
- 3 cups Fresh Tomato Salsa
- ½ cups Fresh Jalapeno chilies – sliced
- Fresh squeezed lime juice
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Puree beans in food processor; process cilantro & garlic – add to beans. Add salsa, chilies, lime juice, salt and pepper. May serve warm or cold.
