Ham and Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can (10¾ ounces) bean and bacon soup (undiluted)
  • 1 package Dehydrated Au Gratin Idaho Potatoes and sauce mix
  • 1½ to 2 cups cubed ham

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F
  2. In a 2½ quart casserole combine all of the above ingredients. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
