Cheesy Cranberry and Brie Idaho® Potato Pull Apart

Spread some serious holiday cheer by whipping up Cheesy Cranberry and Brie Idaho Potato Pull Apart that is as equally fun to eat as it is to make. If your shindig isn’t until later, refrigerate it until your guests arrive. Ask Dr. Potato

Q: Why aren’t my potato slices turning golden brown?

A: This all depends on the preparation of the potatoes. For example, boiling potatoes won’t cause the potatoes to turn golden brown because the surface of the potatoes aren’t directly adhering to the surface of the heat source. The sugars in the potatoes need to come into direct contact with a heat source (pan frying, roasting, hash browns, au gratin, etc.) for them to turn golden brown.
