This Halloween treat your goblins to a ghoulishly delicious dinner with Potato Witch “Fingers” as the star of the meal. Mashed Idaho® russet potatoes, salt, olive oil and flour are combined to form a dough which is shaped into individual “fingers”. Use a knife to add creases to resemble knuckle lines and halved almonds to the tip of each tater finger. Bake until they form a crispy, puffed texture. This eerily enticing appetizer is best when dipped in puddles of blood aka ketchup! Pro Tip: If you’re short on time, prep the fingers the day before and refrigerate them. When party time comes around, make sure to set them on the kitchen counter until they are room temperature before putting them in the oven.
